In this audio: For those times when you can't put
the gas pedal to the floor. Follow Bryan's lead on
this Monday Morning Flow, and give your body exactly
what it needs, when it needs it. It could be an
invigorating
standing pose series, or it could be a gentle bunny on a
trail, like doing
child's pose in the middle of class. This routine has
both.
This routine contains in addition to warm up #1 and #2,
Upper body strength series: 1 arm (half bound) down dog,
side arm balance series, down dog knee to elbow flow,
and poking and prodding.
Awesome standing pose series: 1 leg forward bend
stretch, twisting
triangle, hero, reverse hero, side angle pose, triangle,
triangle with shoulder stretch, bound extended side
angle pose, deep lunging hip stretch.
Finish with camel pose, table pose, boat pose series,
and finishing poses.
